DIN - Standards
TALBRO produces a vast range in spanners in
accordance to DIN 3110 3113A 3113B 837 838 3111
3118 894 895 133 7444 - 475 etc. Sizes which you
do not find as standard production can also be
made as per your drawing or sample even in small
quantities.
While producing new articles we never forget our

DIN
is good but..............
TALBRO produces spanners, which mostly exceed the
requirements of DIN 899, 475, ISO 1085 and 3318.
The salient features are as follows:
I. Drop forged from high grade Chrome Vanadium -
Steel 31CrV3.
II. CAM modified design - thinness of the jaw for
an optimal accessibility - precision engineering -
alloy steel structure - heat treatment under
exclusion of oxygen ensure high strength and
microstructure.
III. Tight tolerances in sizes - high finish -
streamlined and 300 increments improve
maneuverability and user comfort.
IV. Angled at 150 for comfortable work in tight
area.
V. Good grip of the spanners due to its ergonomics
and non sharping body.
VI. Jaws are designed by broaching, a technology
allowing precise dimensions with a high quality
surface.
VII. Box ends WAVE PROFILE has specially been
designed to protect the nuts angles.

Spanner with private brand & Packaging
Apart from our extensive TALBRO programme, we also
keep stock of neutral spanners. If required these
spanners can be elektrolytically marked with the
private brand and specially packed in boxes or
plastic wall holders as per Customer’s
artwork/design. |
